Educational School Tours have been at the centre of teaching since time immemorial. In order to attain this ‘infallible truth’, schools have always considered educational tours not as a marketing gimmick, but as the philosophy of holistic education it provides for the real world.

Educational trips help pupils to consolidate their knowledge and create a long-term understanding of the concepts and material learnt in class.

Domestic and international educational tours are aimed at broadening the children’s scope and appreciation of other people’s social, cultural and natural environments. It is hoped that the following objectives will be achieved:

1. To help pupils notice connections and relationships in what they learn so that knowledge becomes integrated and relevant.

2. To encourage learning via researching in groups or as individuals with guidance from facilitators and resource persons.

3. These tours shall also give the pupils the opportunity to see other parts of Zambia and the region which include features covered in their class-work, including physical and cultural features such as geography, habitats and vegetation. They will also learn first-hand about the wildlife and ecology of this part of the world.

4. To give pupils the opportunity of learning other cultures and traditions. Comfortable interaction between cultures and traditions is important to us so that all our pupils will be able to cope with confidence and ease when they leave School. The tours shall also give the children the opportunity to see geographical features in other parts of Africa and the world such as climatic conditions, wild animals, agriculture and industries, people’s welfare, and other activities.

5. And finally to also give scholars nature conservation and adventure camping courses.

The attractions here range from Outdoor centers, School Camps, Museums, Wildlife, Mountains, Waterfalls, Caves, Lakes, Dams, Rivers, Culture, Science, Technology, Springs, Geysers, Oceans, Marine, Monuments, Adventure and many others too numerous to mention.
